Partnership Academy has special services available for students who qualify for Special Education. Partnership Academy collaborates with Designs for Learning, By Word of Mouth, and Capernaum Pediatric Therapy to help meet the educational needs of all children with disabilities.

The school board in every district shall employ, either singly or cooperatively, a director of special education to be responsible for program development; coordination, and evaluation; in-service training, and general special education supervision and administration in the district's total special education system (TSES)
